ayda McTyson (pen name) hails from the sunny island of Jamaica, where she has been practising her craft since childhood. At the end of 2004, she started writing again after a hiatus lasting many years.
During 2005 and 2006, she sold several articles on the craft of writing, some of which are listed here, and has since challenged herself in the area of fiction writing.
More recently, her short stories have been published in Bookends, the literary pages of the Jamaica Observer.
These days, she occupies her time writing romantic suspense novels. Hardware is under consideration with a publisher. Anya’s Redemption, the follow up novel is her current project. Dissolution - a tale of lust and betrayal - is in the editing process.
